- A guarantee of a particular interest rate;
- A guarantee of a particular monthly or bi-weekly payment;
- A guarantee of a particular loan amount;
- A guarantee of any specific vehicle;
- A guarantee that a particular lender will approve an application; or
- A binding offer to finance or sell a vehicle.
Final financing approval and terms may depend upon additional verification, creditworthiness, lender requirements, income verification, vehicle selection, down payment, trade-in value, documentation, and other factors.

This process may involve obtaining or using credit information or consumer reports from authorized consumer reporting agencies where permitted by law and authorized by you.
Submitting information alone does not necessarily mean that a credit report has been obtained.
